Habakkuk 3:2 “O Lord, I have heard the report about You and I fear. O Lord, revive Your work in the midst of the years, in the midst of the years make it known; in wrath [earnestly] remember compassion and love.”
What is needed today is a revival of old fashion preaching the gospel.
Entitlement has become the mother of socialism and socialism is simply communism in diapers. Radical fire and brimstone preaching will shock humanity into a gasp of freshness.
Why is it that the names of Wesley, Whitfield, Finney, Moodey and multitudes of others stand out as clean-cut as a cameo upon the pages of history? I will tell you! They were conspicuous because of their fearlessness in their assaults upon every form of evil and evildoers – rich, poor, black, white, native-born, foreign-born. They hurled the ‘anthems of God’ into the ranks of sin, irrespective of who might listen. That kind of man – God will honour, no matter who he be.
A church will ride the waves until the water gets into her; she was made to ride the water and not for the water to ride in her. The church is all right as long as she is in the world; she is all wrong when the world is in her.
We need a revival that will give us more men and women for the ministry. We are facing a crisis in the ministry today. More are leaving than ever before.
Coming up soon I have the absolute pleasure of preaching at open-air events in poor areas of Krugersdorp (Kagiso), Paulpietersburg and other areas. Old fashion crusades. Under the night sky proclaiming the gospel message which will echo into 1000’s of homes. It is time not to shrink from a God given mandate to GO. See itinery and come be a part of it.
We should have as many being saved as those being born, in every nation.
You cannot have a Revival Sunday after Sunday in the sense of change. You cannot have a harvest all the time. You must sow. When you sow the seed of revival heart, you reap a harvest of souls. So you must chop. You must go out and plough the weeds. Prepare, saturate soil, fertilize with revelation and water with tears. Lastly the greatest purpose of all and the most important is to exalt The Lord Jesus Christ.
