Just some thoughts on sin and sickness and how it is dealt with from historical times. By using scripture we see how God dealt in compassion for humanity over it.

Here are the scriptures that He used to teach and afor humanity to apply in real life.

The scriptures are not just recorded sayings but facts that reveal His heart toward us.


Lev 16:22 Aaron will place both his hands on the goat’s head and confess aloud over it all the guilt, rebellion, and wrongdoings of the people of Israel. In this way, he will transfer the sins of the people onto the goat’s head; then another man who has been selected for this special task will drive the goat into the wilderness. When the man releases the goat into the desert, it will carry all the offenses of God’s people away into the desolate wastelands.
Mt 8:17 Thus was fulfilled what was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying, “Surely he took up our illnesses and he carried away our diseases like the Yom Kippur scapegoat.
Isaiah 53:12 Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his life unto death; and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he (Lv 16:22), carried like the Yom Kippur scapegoat, the sin of many, and made intercession [did the work of a, intercessor] for the transgressors
Jonah 4:8 And it came to pass, when the sun did arise, that Elohim prepared a vehement scorching east wind; and the sun beat upon the head of Jonah, that he grew faint, and wanted to ‘bear away’ to death like the Yom Kippur scapegoat (see Isa 53:12)]. die, and said, “It is better for me to die than to live”.
